I'd give this company zero stars if I could. I am writing this on a Wednesday morning. Last Friday afternoon I called - as a potential customer - looking for a quote on homeowner's insurance. I was told that only one person could help me, and that she was out until Tuesday. I left my name and number and was told to expect a call. Yesterday came and went.

I called back this morning, Wednesday, and reached "Pam." She had a very demanding attitude, and put me on hold twice before even getting to the business at hand. She asked/demanded if I wanted a quote from her - or not. I told her I was wondering if she was going to apologize for no one returning my call, and she stated "No, ma'am, I am not."

I cannot imagine the difficulties I would have with this firm if I purchased their product and then had to make a claim.

I wanted to deal with a local business, but certainly not with Pam at Bush-Thompson. She sounds hideous!
